Q: What equipment do I need?

A: If you’re coming to the studio, nothing!

If you’re at home, have available either a towel or a yoga mat. Anything beyond that is optional and we can discuss on an individual basis.

For virtual sessions you will need a webcam or similar device for me to be able to see your entire body.

Q: Where is your studio?

A: We’re conveniently located in Santa Monica, right off of Interstate 10.

Q: Virtual sessions? How does this work?

A: I know, I know. It sounds a little strange but I assure you it works! You simply setup your webcam so I can see your full body and I will guide you through your workout. I use my incredibly well-trained eye to tell you how to adjust your body to get the best workout possible. While untraditional, it’s a highly effective method for maintaining your fitness routine anywhere in the world. Whether you’re in a hotel in Tokyo, on a film set in Pennsylvania, or just at home in your living room – you can have a killer workout anywhere you have wifi access. Q: Do you have packages available or do I have to buy sessions one by one?

A: Either way works. Though many of my clients choose to benefit from the value that a package provides.

Q: What are your working hours?

A: I teach between the hours of 7am–8pm PST. But I am open to discussing optional times depending on your needs.
