Pilates is capable of reconnecting you with your body and its possibilities; it’s capable of sculpting you. But, we come back to class again and again, not just because Pilates sculpts buns of steel that would do Jane Fonda proud, but because it’s where we find our center. Wherever you take your mat, Pilates is there for you. And so am I.

What to expect:

You will be given a weekly Pilates + fitness schedule designed by Briana through an online class platform. Each week you will receive an email with your new content.

Choose the Beginner or Intermediate path – both plans are programmed to build strength from the inside out. The routine can be adjusted to fit your schedule so there is no pressure to complete the workout at the same time every day.

3-month access to Briana’s Live Pilates Mat Classes twice per month. We move together and go over any questions you may have You’ll get personalized 1 on 1 feedback that guides you to stay on track.

I created this course to empower you to take control of your life.

I’ve spent the past 22 years teaching Pilates as a Master teacher to students all over the world and I’m excited to bring the wisdom of Pilates into your home. In this program, I will guide you to find your body and center through Pilates and movement.

  • Ideally 3x a week is great! For each week you will receive an entire week’s worth of programming so you can do the full seven days if you have the time. We understand life happens so three time is your goal.

  • Yes! We send out the replay after class and you will have three days of unlimited access.

  • Don’t worry at all. That’s why Briana created the Beginner path. This is the perfect course to begin your Pilates journey and connect with your body. The wonderful part is that you have lifetime access to these classes so once you complete the Beginner path you can move on always move onto the Intermediate level.

  • Briana loves this question. After the first week you will noticeably feel your posture improve and become more attuned to your body alignment. After three weeks you will see the increase in strength and subtle shifts in you physique. Ultimately, the best part is you will feel better in your body.

  • Yes, absolutely. Please discuss with your doctor first before beginning any new exercise regime. Depending on which trimester you are in, there are variations for exercises so please message Briana directly.

  • Yes. This is the perfect workout plan if you are dealing with an injury. Pilates allows you to build strength in safe ranges of motion. If you are new to the Pilates work, start with the beginner track and always work in a pain free way. Message Briana with any questions.

  • Briana recommends a diet full of veggies, fruit and lean proteins. During the course, try to avoid processed foods and large amounts of sugar as way to keep both your mind and body clean. Briana understands that life happens and you may enjoy a meal out, so have a wonderful time and start fresh the next day. This course is not about deprivation.

  • Absolutely! If you want a more intense week, add more time to the cardio and strength days and if you feel up to it, double up your pilates class with another workout from the same week. But Briana has built in rest days, so please honor this schedule as they are an essential part of your training.

  • Here’s the cool part - you can do both! Briana built each week’s schedule with the knowledge that many of you already train. So take each week’s schedule as inspiration and add your other workouts onto the cardio and strength days. On your Pilates days feel free to stack workouts if that feels good for you.

  • Don’t worry about it, it happens to the best of us. Sometimes our days get crazy and we lose track of time, you can always start again the following day.
